Brinkley was happy to show off where her kids were raised. Recently, the actress had undergone a health crisis. On March 14, 2024, Brinkley explained how she found out she had cancer, “because I was accompanying one of my daughters to HER check-up.” During this checkup, the doctor was looking at each freckle of her daughter’s using a magnifying glass.

At the end of her daughter’s assessment, Brinkley asked the doctor to inspect a tiny dot she could barely feel as she applied her foundation. The doctor’s immediate diagnosis shocked the actress. She was told the tiny dot needed a biopsy, which the doctor performed right then and there.
